Colby finally calls Kyle to tell him how he feels. Kyle's Aunt Carla invites everyone out to celebrate her birthday, so Kyle returns to Omaha again. Colby and Kyle try to decide the best time to tell the family about them, but their little secret may be out sooner than they expected.
Both Kyle and Colby try to make sense out of what happened over Christmas. Kyle turns to Paige and make a big confession. Colby agrees to have a long talk with Kyle and is a little surprised at what Kyle asks him.
Kyle decides to have another talk with Colby before he goes back to Colorado. The truth comes out about what happened that night in the shower. Kyle and Colby are even more confused about their feelings after their talk.
Kyle wakes the next morning with a massive hangover, trying to figure out why he was naked and in Colby's bed. He has a long talk with Colby over breakfast and they are able to make it through Christmas Day.
Kyle heads home for Christmas, after he visits Gavin, he stops by the bar and has a talk with Colby. He ends up seeing some old friends and gets too drunk to drive home. Colby is selected to drive Kyle home, Colby knows, nothing good could come of this.

Devin gets a call from a fellow reporter doing a story on Conrad.
