Ron and Evan continue their coming out game with neither admitting their attraction to each other or their affinity for gay sex. Hypnosis is the game they choose, and the outcome isn't necessarily what one might think. Either way, the two are progressing toward either love or fear of exposure. Which one will win out?
Tim is overexcited about driving his new jeep and Travis pays the price. They hang the painting on the wall and then worry about the furnishings. Tim and Travis go to the Reynolds' to work on a 'project' and end up with a new grandmother. The night ends in a wild bash as somewhat inebriated guys return to a surprise at the house.
Josh, Matt and Steven head home. The following Friday, Tim leaves school early for an appointment. Afterward, Tim arrives back at Jeremy and Carl's to a surprise. Another mystery solved.
Evan is invited to Ron's house after school on Friday and they continue to feel each other out, taking things to the next level. They both want the same thing but are afraid to admit it to each other, let alone to themselves.
Steven wakes up and finds love displayed on his chest. Art is celebrated and it catches the artist off guard. Elijah tries to determine what the relationship is between Carl and Chuck, and Jerome and Taylor.
Evan moves into a new town with his family, and he meets Ron, a neighbor from across the street. They hang out with the other boys in the neighborhood, and have fun in a taboo sort of way, but Evan has a plan and hopes he can get Ron to cooperate.
Steven gets more comfortable with the group and gets his initiation into 'the Family'. He learns of Tim's hard life and is impressed with how he's come through it.
Travis tells of Tim's heroics in a grand way. Josh and Matt come to visit and bring Steven. The Green Man appears. Then eight guys have some fun on a Friday night.
Carl and Chuck have a little more fun with Jerome and Taylor. Later, Jerome and Taylor have some quiet time which gives Jerome time to work on an idea he had decided to take up. Tim gets some more practice driving, but this time, in some poor conditions. There's a trip to the hospital. Josh and Matt arrive with Steven.
Jeremy gets an awakening. The guys discover a new talent among them. Some surprise visitors arrive and get a tour of the basement. Sharing of love closes the chapter.
Josh awakens to a pair of emerald, green eyes. Tim and Travis awaken and feel the consequences of their fun night. They enjoy a traditional Pennsylvania New Year's dinner. Elijah gets an enjoyable sendoff. The twinks have their own little goodbye. Travis finds a strange car in the driveway upon arriving home late at night.
New Year's Eve arrives, and celebrations abound. The basement work continues to move along. A party is happening at Jeremy and Carl's place, but over fifty miles away, Josh and Matt have their own party.
Spiritual healing continues as they talk about the prior evening's antics. Improvements begin in the basement as the front is transformed into a new bedroom and a family room. Chris' jeep is towed away, but to where?
Elijah returns to find a wrecked jeep in the driveway and a much happier set of twinks. Henry arrives to take inventory of the building supplies and to go over the drawings for the construction. Chris' uncle pays a visit along with his dad. Things heat up as Tim and Travis take Elijah down to the basement.
Starting off with shock, it ends with a bang. In between, there's some tutoring and some fun. This chapter focuses on Tim, Travis, Jeremy, and Chris. The next will focus mostly on Carl and Chuck who encounter a couple they know. After that, Elijah returns.
Jeremy sees his parents off and then prepares to return home. Elijah shows his kinky side. Kayla gets an earful. Tim and Travis get a surprise and Tim gives Chris the bad news. Later, Travis gets an eyeful.
Tim wakes up a little sore. Jeremy and the gang have some football fun, followed by some other fun. Mr. Reynolds gives Tim and Travis an offer which hurts so good.
The Davis' take the boys out for breakfast, and Jeremy makes a new friend. Meanwhile, Tim and Travis have their day in court and Tim's father makes a scene. After making their statements in court, the Sterlings and the Summers treat Tim and Travis to lunch. Afterward, Tim and Travis return to Carl and Jeremy's house to celebrate.
It's Christmas and everyone is looking forward to handing out presents and feasting on Christmas dinner. A few are not looking forward to coming out to their parents even though they know it has to happen. These things can go either way. It's also the day before the sentencing of the former Reverend Smith as the church has taken action.
Jeremy, Chris, and Elijah head home for Christmas leaving Tim and Travis to hold down the fort. Elijah has an unexpected conversation with his parents. Chris meets the Davis' (Jeremy's parents) and is pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and hopes it doesn't turn frigid when Jeremy comes out to them.
Tim reaches a decision, and they speak with a detective and Assistant DA.. While Jeremy and Chris are away, Tim and Travis play. The normally shy eighteen-year-old gives an unexpected reply. Jeremy, Chris and Elijah prepare to return home for Christmas and a coming out.
After losing his virginity to Tim, Travis falls for him even further. His heart aches for him for what he's been through. Mr. Reynolds visits and surprises Carl and Jeremy with a proposal. Mrs. Reynolds supplies the hot chocolate as well as her sweet antics. The night comes to an end with some sexual antics as well as a little voyeurism.
Jeremy comes up with a potential resolution of the sleeping arrangement. Travis has some personal questions and surprises Jeremy by bringing them to him. Meanwhile, Tim confides in Chris about his concerns. Elijah follows Tim to the basement where they talk but Elijah has an alternative reason for the trip to the basement.
Jeremy reflects on how much his life has changed and wonders how his parents will react. A pre-Christmas dinner at the Reynolds where Mr. Reynolds gives Tim and Travis some advice. Carl and Chuck have more than one surprise for Jeremy when he returns home. Tim becomes an adult. Travis discovers something which results in a serious discussion.
