I was drifting in and out of consciousness, I opened my eyes briefly and thought I saw the man that was at my house the day we moved Sam. I tried to get away, I just knew he had something to do with Sam’s kidnapping. I felt like I was being held down, I tried to move my arms, but they were tied down. I squirmed, but couldn’t get free, there were a couple of other guys that stepped in and again everything went black. It felt like I was floating, I was moving, but I didn’t know how or where I was going. I couldn’t open my eyes, but I heard voices and again I was being moved around. I felt something over my mouth and nose, but I still couldn't get my hand free to remove it.

I suddenly saw Sam standing there in front of me, holding onto Mo’s leash. He had that sexy smile on his face and Mo was wagging his tale as he saw me. I stood and walked toward Sam, tears streaming down my cheeks, I wrapped my arms around him.

I whispered, “God, I am so glad to see you, what the hell happened?”

He put his finger to my mouth, “shh. I’m here now.”

We kissed and held each other for what seemed like hours. Sam started to take my clothes off, I did the same to him. We fell to floor and continued our kissing and fondling, I broke the kiss so that I could once again taste his cock. We moved into a sixty-nine position and devoured each other, Sam was giving me the best blow job ever. He was always very talented, but this time it seemed so much better than all the other times. I pulled his legs up and ran my tongue across his hole, causing a deep moan to escape his lips. I worked my tongue in and all around his pucker, getting it good and wet with my spit. Sam’s head was rolling back and forth in pure pleasure, he grabbed my head and pulled me in tighter. I pushed my tongue deeper into his hole than I had ever before.

He groaned, “God Gabe, please just fuck me already, give me that cock.”

He let go of my head and I came up for another kiss as I aimed my rock-hard cock at his waiting hole, I slid in with no resistance. We both let out a moan of pleasure as my swollen balls came to rest on his ass cheeks. He moved his hips, and we were soon moving like a well-oiled machine, in perfect sync. I have no idea why, but this was the best sex that we had ever had. Every movement sent my nerves tingling, Jesus, I love this man. A few minutes later, I felt my nuts tighten and a deep churning, my breath quickened, and I exploded inside Sam’s guts. I collapsed on top of him as I was trying to catch my breath. Sam gave me a deep kiss and a big smile, “it’s my turn now, you sexy little man.”

He wrapped his arms around me, stood up and carried me to the bed. He laid me on my stomach and spread my legs, exposing my ass. He leaned in and gave me the best rim job I had ever had. Holy shit, he was at the top of his game tonight. After a good ten minutes with his tongue in my ass, he pulled back and replaced it with his cock. My ass seemed to just suck his dick into my hole, God I love that cock in my ass. Sam leaned down, kissing my neck as he worked his dick in and out of my grateful hole. He was hitting all the right spots tonight, my cock sprang back to life as he pumped my ass. I felt him bite into my neck as he filled my ass with his hot seed. Without even touching my cock, I let out another volley of my own hot cum, onto the bed below me.

Sam rolled off me and we wrapped each other in a hug, sharing another deep passionate kiss. He smiled at me, “I love you.”

I smiled back, “I love you too.”

We lay there holding each other tight, I was still lightheaded from the best sex that we had ever had. Slowly I felt Sam’s arms loosening their grip on me, I turned to see why he was letting go of me, his eyes looked so sad.

I asked, “Sam, what’s the matter, where are going?”

He shook his head, “I’m sorry Gabe.”

I tried to reach for him to keep him from leaving. I heard voices and beeping as I saw a bright light hitting my eyes.

“He’s waking up, get the doctor. Hey James, he’s waking up.”

My eyes adjusted to the light, and I looked around, “where’s Sam?”

A nurse said, “shh, not now, just relax, the doctor will be here in a minute.”

The doctor comes in and askes, “Gabe, do you know where you are?”

I nodded, “I guess a hospital, where did Sam go?”

He asked, “Sam? Who’s Sam?”

I said, “my boyfriend, Sam. Where did he go?”

He looked around, “Gabe, you are the only one in here right now. Just relax, do you know what day it is?”

I thought a moment, “I think it’s Sunday, what happened?” I started to remember, the barn, the fire, the beams falling and the man coming at me with the gun.

I saw Officer James come into the room, “Gabe, what the hell were you doing going out to that barn, you could have gotten yourself killed.”

Things were starting to become clearer again, “I just went for a drive and found myself on the road where the car was burned. Mo started to… shit where is Mo? Sam would kill me if anything happened to Mo.”

James said, “don’t worry about that right now, why were you in the barn?”

I thought back to a few hours ago, “Mo must have picked up a scent, I thought it was Sam’s, He led me to the barn. I heard yelling and what sounded like a fight, I crawled up in the hay loft to see if I could see who was there. That’s when I smelled the smoke and saw the fire start. I fell through the floor as I tried to get back down out of the hay loft. I saw the man coming at me with a gun and then something hit my head.”

James asked, “what man?”

I said, “the man that was arguing with Sam the day he moved in, I told you about him. I saw him driving into the police station parking lot as I left. I called you and you said you were going to talk to him.”

He nodded, “yes, I talked to him, it’s not what you think.”

I was only half listening at this point, I asked, “where is Sam, he was just here, with me.”

The nurse interrupted, “I heard him talking in his sleep, he kept saying Sam, he must have been having a dream.”

Damn, it was a dream, but it all seemed so real.

The doctor spoke up, “Gabe, you have a cracked rib from the fall you took, a slight concussion as well as a little smoke inhalation. You really need to rest.”

I shook my head, “no, I’m fine.” I turned to James, “Wait, how did you find me at the barn?”

“We followed the same path you did, across the grass from where the car burned, the two officers that found the blood spots saw a path in the grass, that’s why I sent you home. We went back out to check the barn out.” He told me.

Just as I was getting ready to ask if they had found Sam, someone else walked into the room. I panicked when I saw who it was.

James turned to see him walk in and turned back to me and said, “Gabe, this is Agent Conner, he’s with the US Marshals office in Omaha.”

I paused, “US Marshals, but you are the man that was arguing with Sam and our house. Why are you after Sam?”

He walked to my bed, “I’m not after Sam, Gabe. I’m trying to protect him.”

I was trying to understand, “Agent Conner, protect him from what? Will, someone please tell me what the hell is going on.”

He sat in the chair, “Please, call me Zach.”

I looked at him, “Zach, as in Sam’s ex-boyfriend, Zach?”

He smiled, “well not really, Sam and I were never boyfriends, but I am the reason he moved here. But Sam Hayes didn’t move here, Josh Wilks did.”

I said, “Josh Wilks, you mean Sam’s cousin?”

He shook his head, “Sam’s real name is Josh Wilks, he is in the witness protect program.”

I felt the air drain from my lungs, I stared at Zach, “what?”

He leaned in, “Josh, er Sam was a senior in high school, his dad worked for some bad people. I mean the kind of bad people you see in the movies, the kind that will kill anyone that gets in their way of making a little money. They did all those bad things like selling drugs, loan sharking, robbery, bribery, all that kind of thing. Sam’s dad was supposed to kill a witness in one of the robberies that the gang was involved in, we are not sure what happened, but he didn’t handle it right and the police were able to track the robbery and the murder back to the leader of the gang. Sam’s older brother and mom were killed in a car accident the next week, the car had been tampered with. Then the gang came to Sam’s parent’s house and beat his dad to death. Sam was home at the time and witnessed the whole thing. He testified at the trial, and we were able to put some high-level bad guys in prison for a long time.”

I was starting to put things together, “so you had Josh Wilks die in a car accident and you moved Sam Hayes out here.”

Zach nodded, “about two months ago, we heard that the gang was still looking for Sam, and they found out that he was here.”

I asked, “how did they find him here?”

He sighed, “an old high school friend of Josh’s, came here to see a cousin or some other relative and just by chance ran into Sam. He went back to Philly and told everybody he knew that Josh was here. The gang heard about it and sent some guys out here to get Sam. During one of our weekly calls, Sam told me about running into the classmate. I wanted to move him, but he didn’t want to leave you. That is what we were arguing about that day you saw me.”

I sighed, “Jesus Christ, why didn’t he just tell me all this?”

Zach said, “he couldn’t, that was part of the rules for the witness protection program. We cannot guarantee his safety if he tells anyone about it.”

I am still trying to wrap my head around all this new information, it explains everything. I wish he could have told me, I wish I could have comforted him after he lost his entire family. Jesus, how brave he was, to at eighteen years old just be uprooted and moved to someplace where he knew no one.

Then it hit me, “wait, was Sam in the burned car? What happened in the barn?” I looked at James. He looked at Zach, and I saw Zach nod.

James said, “it wasn’t Sam in the car.”

My heart skipped a beat, “who was it?”

He continued, “we don’t know his name yet, but he was one of the guys that kidnapped Sam. They had Sam locked in the back of the SUV, when they started it on fire. Sam found the tire iron and broke out of the car, they started to fight. Sam knocked out one of the guys and while he was lying there, he got the best of the other guy and threw him in the burning car. Sam took off toward the barn to hide, the guy that was knocked out woke up and went to look for Sam. It took him until this morning to find Sam in the barn. The guy couldn’t find Sam, so he set the barn on fire, Sam came out and they were fighting when you showed up at the barn. We were just pulling up at the same time and we surrounded the barn.”

I thought for a minute, “wait, if Sam was in the barn when you got there, where is he? Is he alive?”

James nodded with a slight smile, “you can come in now Sam.”

I started to bawl like a baby as Sam walked in with Mo, he was crying just hard. He and Mo got into bed with me. We were just crying and holding each other while Mo was licking us both.

We broke our embrace, I sobbed, “I thought I lost you.”

He smiled, “I know, I thought I lost you too. I’m so sorry.”

I gave Mo a big hug, “here’s my hero, he led me to you.”

Sam gave me a big kiss as we both hugged Mo.

I turned to James, “so, did you get the last guy in the barn?”

He said, “yes, he is in custody, he will be joining his bosses in prison very soon.”

I let out a sigh of relief, “thank God, now as soon as the doctor says I can go, we’ll go home and get things back to normal.”

Sam looked at Zach, Zach ran his hands through his hair and said, “it’s not that simple Gabe. Sam can’t stay here. We are going to have to move him for his own safety. We can’t be sure that they won’t send someone else to try to finish the job.”

I looked at Sam, “so you have to leave me?”

Sam took my hand, “I have to leave here.”

I asked, “what does that mean?”

“I talked to Zach, he has agreed to let you come with me.” He told me.

I said, “so, we just pick up and leave? But I have to quit my job, sell my house, where are we going?”

Sam turned to Zach. Zach pulled an envelope from his pocket and said, “there is a helicopter on its way here right now, it should arrive in the next 20 minutes.” He handed me the envelope, “here is your new identity, we will take care of your house and job for you. The choice is yours, you can stay here alone or leave with Sam.”
