HunkPhysical features guys visiting their doctors and getting full physical exams including jacking off or handjobs to provide sperm samples. There aren't a lot of gay medical fetish sites out there, and these exams are very thorough, so this site is most welcome. We just reviewed this site eight months ago, but we noticed some titillating changes, and I want to check them out, so let's get logged in so I can tell you about them.

The guys are mostly in their twenties, but some are in their thirties. The scenes are filmed in Brazil, so the guys are varying shades of brown from caramel to coffee, and some of them are quite dark, and are probably what we call Blatino. The patients are mostly smooth, but there are a few hairy guys, and you'll find a mix of slim, athletic and very muscular bodies, and everything in between. There's also both clean-shaven guys and some sporting facial hair or scruff. Some wear tattoos, but many don't. And of course, the cocks are largely uncut, so foreskin fans will be happy. There are a few different doctors who all wear medical scrubs or white physician coats, masks, and hang a stethoscopes around their necks. Some of the physicians are a little older than their patients, others appear close to the same age. 

The premise of Hunk Physical is simple: a man goes to the doctor regarding a problem or to have a physical, and the doctor proceeds with an exam. It's unclear exactly what is going on because the dialogue is mostly in Portuguese with no subtitles, but it's not hard to figure things out. One doctor in some newer scenes speaks English, but the sound isn’t great so I still had trouble understanding him through his face mask, accent, and there was an echo in the exam room.

The doctor checks the patient's reflexes, looks in their ears, listens to their heart and lungs, and takes their blood pressure. Then he gets the patient to strip and checks under their arms and groins for anything out of the ordinary. The patient stands, and the doctor has them do exercises to check their mobility and flexibility. Sometimes the doctor stands right in front of the patient while he does squats, and the guy's face comes fairly close to the physician's crotch. Once I saw the doctor standing behind the patient so the guy's butt bumped the doctor's crotch every time he bent over to touch his toes.

The patient returns to the exam table and gets his temperature taken rectally followed by a probing exam with the doctor's finger. Then the guy lies on his back, and the doctor squirts lube on his dick, rubbing it around to make sure the lad's cock is slick, and he tells the guy to jack off and cum on his belly. Sometimes the doctor helps stroke his patient's cock. Once the patient has shot his load, the doctor collects the semen off the patient's belly with a wooden tongue depressor, and puts the sample into a metal container. Most of the scenes are doctor and patient, but a few have multiple patients. Since our last review Hunk Physical has begun featuring many fun and titillating variations. One has two hunky men receiving an exam from the doctor as they stand naked side by side, then he moves them to the exam table where they play with each other's cocks, and one sucks the other off. In another scene, the doctor leaves a twink patient on all fours in the exam room; a minute later, another patient enters and fucks the twink’s ass. Several of the scenes also have an intern or nurse helping the doctor with the exam, and the physician often stands watching as the male nurse conducts the sperm collection part of the exam.

Hunk Physical offers 190 exclusive videos in MP4 format. The downloads are sized at 1920x1080 at mostly good quality, but parts of the videos can be a bit dim. The newer videos are more crisp and better lit than the older ones. You can stream the videos in an adaptive player that automatically resizes them to fit your mobiles and other smaller screens. The quality is about the same as the downloads, but there's a bit of quality loss when you go full-screen.

A couple of things about downloads. First, you're only able to download one video a day, which I find excessively stingy. So it means that you'll have to sign up for another few months if you want to download every video. Second, when you click the download button you'll have to wait for about a minute while the site prepares the video. You can't leave the page; if you do the video will stop preparing. After about a minute, the download box goes away, and after a brief pause where you might think something has gone wrong, the download box appears and you can select where you'd like to place the video on your computer.

Let's talk about updates. We reviewed the site back in December 2022, and there were 161 videos then, now there are 190, so that's an increase of 29 vids which works out to be about 3.6 per month. The video episodes aren't dated, so there's no way to tell how regularly or when updates are added, but they seem to update weekly.

I have a number of gripes about Hunk Physical. The membership prices are given only in Euros on the join page, however the billing page did convert the initial price into my currency; it didn’t show a currency conversion for the recurring price, however, which is a bit lower; we converted the price to USD. There are scene descriptions, but there are no profiles or info about the guys; in fact, each one is simply called something like "Patient Record #120-4." I think since it's a medical exam site, the age, height, weight, and other stats would be fun to have. Also, most of the videos are in Portuguese with no English subtitles, and even when a new doctor spoke English I didn’t find the sound was good enough to make out what he was saying. And let's not forget, you can only download one video per day, that's a real bummer. 

HunkPhysical is a great site, and fans of medical scenarios and male physical exams should like the content. The exam portions are comprehensive and thorough and last for most of the sessions. The Brazilian guys are generally good looking with slim, athletic, or muscular bodies. And of course, I'm always a foreskin hound, so I was pretty happy seeing all of those uncut cocks. There are 190 exclusive videos to stream on your desktop and mobiles, and to download (although only one per day), each scene running from 25 to 30 minutes. The site averages almost one update per week. We just don't see many sites like this, and while downloads are very limited and a bit of a hassle, the very detailed and thorough medical exams more than make up for these drawbacks.
