Noteworthy: While generally associated with BDSM sex sessions, where the dominant sits or squats over the submissive's face, to show their dominance, it is also an accepted sex practice in more 'sedate' sexual sessions.

It does not have to be about dominance, but about ease of providing access for further sexual stimulation from one partner to another. In short, simply another sex position for oral stimulation.

The act is to basically sit or squat over the face of a prone partner, to then provide them with access to lick and suck at the genitals, scrotum, as well as to provide easy access to the rectum, for licking or tonguing. (known as Rimming)
