Hans Berlin is away with his step-son Troy Accola. Hans put himself in a compromising position and allowed himself to be seduced by his stepson's friend. Troy confronts Hans about the fling. Hans starts to worry, imagining his relationship is about to fall apart over an innocent indiscretion, but then Troy puts his hand on his stepfather's. "I love my Dad very much," Troy says, "but he doesn't have to know everything."
